Nokia E50 Smartphone The Nokia E50 Smartphone was one of Nokia,s earliest smartphones. It was released in 2006 but has since been discontinued. Having quite an advanced colour screen for its time, boasting 240x320 pixels with 256k colours. It allowed for customisation through mp3 ringtones and downloadable themes. The storage capacity of 70mb may not sound a lot by todays standards, but it was large back in 2006.

The E50 sported a 1.3 megapixel camera allowing for 1280x960 pixels. They did make versions without cameras. It was quite a stable software platform using the Symbian 9.1 operating system.
